We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the battery or product has no signs of damage, installation, usage, leakage, modification, or misuse.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and, where applicable, include the original packaging, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase. Returned batteries may be inspected before approval to confirm that they have not been used, damaged, or altered.
Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, physical damage, improper handling, installation marks, acid leakage, missing parts, or any other condition that prevents it from being resold as new.
